Our Background
IURIS Law Firm is a Washington, D.C.–based legal advisory and consulting practice founded by our Managing Partner and Legal Strategist. With early training at a prestigious corporate law firm and experience as a government clerk at a circuit court, combined with a double major in Political Science and Finance, he brings strong expertise in contracts, real estate, intellectual property, and corporate structuring. Our firm offers a broad range of corporate-focused services, operating in compliance with D.C.’s Rule 5.4(b) while preparing to expand under Arizona’s ABS framework and Utah’s Regulatory Sandbox. We remain committed to delivering innovative, ethical, and client-centered solutions.
